FIELD: electric engineering, in particular, force electronics engineering, possible use as controllable device for launching network voltage transformer, in particular, when engineering secondary electric power sources with transformer-less input, devices for electro-chemical protection of subterranean metallic structures from soil corrosion, corrosion by wandering currents, working in impulse-uninterruptible mode.
SUBSTANCE: device contains input network rectifier 1, thyristor optic pair 2, consisting of thyristor 3 and light diode 4, low frequency capacitor 5, to which a load is connected. Controlling circuit contains decoupling transformer 6 with magnetic-connected primary and two secondary windings, network synchronization block 7, containing rectifier 8, voltage splitter 9, first comparator 10, block for generation of controlling voltage 11, containing generator of linearly changing voltage 12, second comparator 13 with inbuilt single-vibrator on output and generator of thyristor launch impulses 14, made with controllable time constant of exponentially changing voltage, autonomous source of permanent voltage 15, having at least three output channels, having different level of output voltage, while voltage U0 is supporting voltage and is generated by galvanic element, additional rectifier 16 and program-controlled shift voltage source. Control over process of charge and fall of voltage in capacitor provides for predictability of launch voltage level of high frequency transformer, and circuit for controlling thyristor optic pair excludes appearance of random control pulse during launch of network transformer, to increase reliability and controllability of network transformer as a whole.
EFFECT: increased reliability of activation of thyristor launching circuit due to excluded appearance of random controllable impulse of thyristor in the moment of feeding network voltage and reliable controllability of speed of increase and decrease of output rectified voltage of network transformer of impulses of thyristor launch with variable time constant.
