SUBSTANCE: device has outlet gas duct 1 and gas pipe 2 and liquid-filled safety trap 3 arranged coaxially; housing of safety trap and pan 4 are made conical; reservoir 5 installed coaxially with gas pipe and two or more contact chambers 6. Each chamber is connected at top by branch pipe 7 tangentially with safety trap 3 and at bottom, with reservoir 5. Installed in place where chamber adjoins reservoir is sprinkling unit 8 connected by pipeline 9, in zone where bottom 4 adjoins housing of safety trap 3 and by pipeline 10. It has also regulator 11 and pipeline 12, water source, hydraulic lock 13 connected by pipeline 14 with branch pipe 15 and pipeline 16 with branch pipe 17, hydraulic lock-regulator 18, connected by pipeline 19 with branch pipe 20 and with slurry sump.
