FIELD: dispergation and simultaneous mixing of homogeneous and heterogeneous suspensions with usage of double hydraulic impacts in different branches of industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has body 1, inside which rotor 4 with variable cross-section canals 6 and blades 7 and 8 and stator 5 with holes in side walls are concentrically mounted. To produce material of polyfractional composition canal and blades of rotor 4 are made smoothly bent and are located azimuthally to axis of apparatus. In the case canals of rotor between two protruding blades 8 are mounted stepped increasingly in direction of concave surface of blade 8. EFFECT: improved design. 2 dwg
