FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: grinding device has housing 1 with loading hopper 5 and sluice feeder 6 in input and shut-off cone 7 in output, tank for liquefied gas connected with housing 1 through measuring device 9, placed in housing 1 drive auger 4 with main and additional helical threads forming a step. Additional thread is disposed in main one from the side of shut-off cone 7. Width and depth of main thread increase smoothly while width and depth of additional thread decrease smoothly in the direction of shut-off cone 7 unit until the step in outlet end of auger 4 disappears keeping constancy of total cross-section area of thread channels along auger length.
