Horizontal profiles are made H-shaped, with two pairs of longitudinal projections for joining to panel and retaining of panlike member. Vertical profiles are made U-shaped, with pair of longitudinal projections for joining to panel. Panels are provided with paper holders. When blackboard is used for writing by chalk, chalk dust is accumulated in panlike members. EFFECT: increased convenience in usage, enhanced reliability in operation. 4 cl, 3 dwg
