FIELD: device for fastening planar three-dimensional articles, such as pictures, class-boards, exhibits. SUBSTANCE: detachable carrier rigid frame is made from round or rectangular tubular bar provided with three pairs of grips. Pair of internal grips defined by projections and inner walls of bar is adapted for joining guides of detachable corner member. Two other pairs of grips are positioned on outer opposite sides of bar. One pair of grips is provided with projections positioned at inner side of grips and adapted for retaining planar articles due to adjoining of end and projecting parts of grips to surface of planar articles and providing vast retaining area. Second pair of grips defines slot extending along the whole length of bar to provide free motion from one corner member to another. Slot-shaped rectangular boss is disposed at one end of insert and through hole is disposed at opposite end of insert, which is positioned at an angle of 0-90 deg to boss. Through hole is connected by rod of string with similar holes of like inserts, whose bosses are loosely movable in slots of bars of other frames or bars attached to ceilings, walls, floors.
