FIELD: traffic lights. SUBSTANCE: device has voltage scaling circuits, binary counters, unit for decoupling, power supply line from rectifier, power supply line from stationary battery, comparators, which direct inputs are connected to voltage scaling circuits. Outputs of comparators are connected to inputs for reset of counters, which counting inputs are connected to pulse generators. Output of counter of checking unit is connected to input of decoupling unit, which output is connected to input of memory unit, which output is connected to light indicator. Outputs of counter in turning-on unit are connected to input of NAND gate, which output is connected to input for prohibition of counter operations and to control input of gate. power supply terminals of binary counter, pulse generator and NAND gate are connected to power supply line of rectifier which has capacitor-based accumulator. Comparator power supply input is connected to separate half-period rectifier without capacitor accumulator. Input of latter rectifier is connected to matching element.
