Then extract is separated, acidified with sulfuric acid, extracted with n-butanol, extract is washed with water, evaporated, residue after evaporation containing sum of triterpene glycosides is purified using aluminum oxide. Purified sum of triterpene glycosides is crystallized from ethanol. Product is used as biochemical tool for biomembrane permeability regulation and as cellular culture growth regulation.
