FIELD: gluing. SUBSTANCE: initiating agent is 1.5-4% solution of mixture of 1,3,5-trichloro-1,3,5-triazine-2,4,6-trione and N,N-dichlorobenzenesulfamide of the formulas , respectively, in ethyl acetate at the following ratio: 1,3,5-trichloro-1,3,5-triazine-2,4,6-trione 40-80 wt. -%, N,N-dichlorobenzenesulfamide 20-60 wt.-% in the presence of initiating agent of radical processes. Initiating agent of radical process is taken from group involving benzene peroxide, azobutyric acid dinitrile, tetraacetylethylenediamine or 2,4,6,8-tetraacetyl-2,4,6,8-tetraazabicyclo-[3.3.0] -octane-3,7- dione at amount 1-5% with respect to total mass of N-chloroamides in chloro-containing hydrocarbon solvent showing tendency to radical destruction. Treated surface is dried by halogen lamp irradiation for 5-10 s. Except for, chloro-containing hydrocarbon solvent showing tendency to radical destruction is taken from group involving methylene chloride, carbon tetrachloride, dichloroethane, trichloroethane, tetrachloroethane.
