FIELD: shoe manufacture, glueing. SUBSTANCE: method involves the following modifying agent: 1-4% ethyl acetate solution of a mixture consisting of 1,3,5-trichloro-1,3,5-triazine-2,4,6-trione and 2,4,6,8-tetrachloro-2,4,6,8-tetraazabicyclo-[3.3.0] -octane-3,7- -dione, respectively, of formulas given in invention at the following ratio wt.-%: 1,3,5-trichloro-1,3,5-triazine-2,4,6-trione 60-90 and 2,4,6,8-tetrachloro-2,4,6,8-tetraazabicyclo-[3.3.0] -octane-3,7- -dione 10-40 in the presence of radical process initiating agent. The latter is taken from the compounds including benzene peroxide, azobutyric acid dinitrile, 2,4,6,8-tetraacetyl-2,4,6,8-tetraazabicyclo-[3,3,0]-octane-3,7- -dione at amount 1-5% of total N-chloroamide mass in chlorohydrocarbon solvent. Treated surface is dried by irradiation halogen lamp-emitter for 5-10 s. Chlorohydrocarbon is taken from the group including methylene chloride, chloroform, carbon tetrachloride or dichloroethane.
