FIELD: road-building machines; sealing of drive oil baths. SUBSTANCE: sealing arrangement of excavator turntable slewing mechanism has reduction gear with engine secured on turntable. Driving pinion is kinematically coupled with fixed ring gear located on running gear frame which carries ring holder. Ring gear, lower sheet, running gear frame and holder form oil bath filled with oil. Driving pinion is located in oil bath. Bent sheet with stop is secured on holder end face. Fitted between sheet and turntable is X-shaped sealing member installed for self-aligning and engaging in two planes. Sealing member is made of flexible material. Stop serves to prevent displacement of sealing member from sheet. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of oil bath sealing and increased service life of sealing member. 4 cl, 3 dwg
