FIELD: open-pit mining. SUBSTANCE: two stages are used to develop the deposit like this: with outer dumping at the first stage, and with inner dumping at the second stage. First stage quarry is excavated at deposit flank. In so doing constant side is formed at the butt of the quarry, and temporal non-working side is created with stationary transport communications. Then second stage quarry is developed with stripping rock dumped to inner dump at the plot adjacent to constant quarry side, and new transport communications created at the dump to provide exit from the quarry. Then additional developing of the quarry is carried out. EFFECT: reduced labor consumption. 4 dwg
