FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining industry, namely to methods for open development of steeply dipping deposits of round shape with application of internal dumping. In the method of open development of steeply dipping deposits of round shape with internal dumping of quarries along length are divided in turn, wherein the first-stage quarry is mined to the design depth using the external dumping, and the second-stage quarry is mined using the internal dumping, placing the overburden rocks in the mined-out space of the first-stage quarry, simultaneously with beginning of development of mining operations in pit of first stage within pit of second stage along ore deposit, advanced pit is built with steep slope angles of sides, intended for regulating of mining mode in pit of first stage and improvement of conditions of deposit opening, in process of reduction of mining operations on one of longitudinal sides of open pit first stage is formed with partial use of open pit second stage space, when mining works in pit of first stage of current depth Hc=Hf-Hv⋅h1/h2, where Hf – final depth of first stage pit, Hv – depth of front open pit, h1 Is the rate of reduction of mining operations in the first-stage quarry, h2 – rate of reduction of mining operations in the pit of the second stage, separation of working sides of the front open pit, turning them into nonworking sides, in the process of mining the first-stage quarry, and then reserves of pit second stage of formation of open pit limit sides are carried out by mixed scheme of safety berm device, in which end benches of open pits are made horizontal berms, and on the longitudinal pits of open pits, inclined benches are made with lifting towards the limiting end flank of the first-stage pit, at that, the inclined berms are made with a slope not exceeding the allowable slope used during quarry cargo transportation, the inclined berms are joined to the horizontal berms, the horizontal berms and the inclined berms are made with the width providing the possibility of unilateral movement of vehicles, after complete development of first-stage quarry resources, development of second-stage open-pit reserves is started, overburden rocks along inclined berms are transported to worked-out area of first-stage pit, transportation of overburden rocks is performed according to a circular scheme, at that inclined berms of one longitudinal board are used as cargo benches, inclined benders of the other longitudinal side – as empty vessels, from the transported overburden rocks an internal dump with height of tiers is formed, which ensures their stability, wherein the arrangement and the formation sequence of the dump tiers are accepted proceeding from the condition of providing the minimum weighted average height of the lifting overburden rocks till the unloading platforms of the dumping tiers.

EFFECT: reduction of volumes of additional separation of sides of open pits required for resolution of mine openings, reduction of distances of transportation of overburden rocks from pit of the second stage to mined space of open pit of the first stage.
