FIELD: radio astronomy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement and registration of radio signals in radio astronomy, specifically to registration of spectra of burst processes in the Sun and in other space sources. Optoelectron modulation spectrometer has modulator which first input is input of spectrometer connected by output to input of spectral receiver which is connected with output to electric input of acoustic spectrum analyzer which optical output is linked to matrix photodetector built on charge-coupled devices with frame transfer which controlling input is connected to output of generator of reversible phase pulses. Its first input is connected to output of counter, which second input is linked to output of reference generator, which third input is connected to output of divider and which fourth input is connected to output of counter. Second output of divider is connected to second input of modulator and its input is linked to output of reference generator. First input of counter of vacant lines is connected to output of reference generator, its second input is linked to input of counter. Electric input of matrix charge-coupled device is connected to register. EFFECT: enhanced functional reliability. 2 dwg
