FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: device registering changes of optical length of fiber-optical interferometer has phase modulator, photodetector, signal formation and processing unit connected to output of photodetector and two sections of optical fibre. First section is positioned in front of fibre-optical interferometer, is intended for transmission of optical radiation to input of fiber-optical interferometer. Second section is located between fibre-optical interferometer and photodetector and is meant for transmission of optical radiation from output of fibre-optical interferomer to input of photodetector.
