FIELD: processing of organic wastes of agricultural production to produce high-grade organic fertilizers and manure gas at agricultural enterprises and individual farms. SUBSTANCE: manure gas installation includes reactor accommodating heat exchanger separating the reactor into two chambers communicating in their upper parts. Free ends of inlet pipeline and outlet pipeline are brought to the lower parts of chamber. Device for crushing the initial biomass is installed in the inlet pipeline. Loading hatch is installed above the discharge hatch to ensure hydrostatic upthrust of finished products. Each mixing device is made in form of vertical shaft on which upper and lower rows of blades are mounted. Upper row of blades in the first chamber is floating for moving along the shaft to break the solid crust of the fermented biomass surface. Blades of the lower row are installed with some inclination to provide for uplift motion of fermented mass upward. Blades of the lower row in the second chamber are installed with some inclination to move the fermented mass downward and to the side of free end of pipeline of discharge of finished product in form of organic fertilizer. Device for moving and device for crushing of initial biomass are connected with transmission by means of couplings and are actuated with the help of wind motor. manure gas formed in fermentation of organic mass is supplied to gas-holder from which is distributed among the users. Installed outside of the reactor is solar-heat collector and expansion tank are communicated by pipeline with heat exchanger. Reactor is covered with insulation layer.
