FIELD: bioenergetics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bioenergetics; it can be used for the production of biogas and finished organic products by biochemical recycling of organic waste. A helio-biogas complex is proposed, including two separate bioreactors. One reactor fully operates all year round, and the second one operates in a year period, when heat energy generated by solar collectors exceeds the total heat energy necessary for all technological needs of the production of biogas in the first bioreactor. Connection of the second bioreactor is performed by a heat controller with servo drives of corresponding valves installed on separate pipelines for heat carrier circulation, supply of a daily dose of source raw material substrate, as well as a hatch for unloading to a tank for a liquid fertilizer. Round-the-clock maintenance of an optimal isothermal mode of biomass fermentation in both bioreactors, when the sun is absent, is provided by compensation of all heat losses with heat energy of discharging of a phase-transition heat battery installed in the corresponding tank with liquid around the bioreactor.
EFFECT: maximum use of all potential of heat energy daily generated by solar collectors.
