FIELD: manufacture of turbine blades, mainly, of aircraft engines. SUBSTANCE: application of fire-resistant coating is carried out in two stages. In so doing, substrate applied during the first stage contains 10-11% of cobalt, 22-24% of chromium, 4-5 of aluminum. 0.25-0.3% of yttrium, the balance, nickel. After application of fire-resistant coating, vacuum homogenizing annealing is successively conducted and treatment with microballs, abrasive-fluid treatment are effected. Ceramic layer is applied by condensation and sublimation. The second vacuum homogenizing annealing is conducted in vacuum, followed by oxidizing annealing and thermal fusion of ceramic layer with high-temperature pulse plasma; and the final treatment is accomplished by the second oxidizing annealing. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 1 dwg, 1 tbl
