SUBSTANCE: heat-transfer plant has tube bank 20 built up of vertical tubes 10 mounted in parallel rows 22 to form passes 24, 26, 28, 30 in tube bank 20 and two sets of supporting elements spaced apart through height of tube bank 20; supporting elements are made as rods 34 secured in shrouds 32. Passes 28 are placed at angle (+α) of rows 22 of tubes 10, passes 30, at angle (-α), passes 26, at angle (+β),, passes 24, at angle (-β), where α=10-60 deg.; b=40-80 deg., and b L. Rods 34 are placed in passes 28 and 30. EFFECT: improved reliability of fixation of parallel tubes in tube bank; improved efficiency of heat transfer in transferred medium tank. 10 cl, 6 dwg
