FIELD: gas industry. SUBSTANCE: liquefaction of natural gas flow is effected by means of cooling by a cascade of closed refrigeration cycles with various refrigerants. IN a sequence of cascade cycles the first is the cycle whose refrigerant has the highest boiling point. Then follows the cycle with the refrigerant having the lowest boiling point. To enhance the efficiency of the cooling cycle, two or more reverse flows of different temperatures are made, which then are connected to the main flow of the treated natural gas. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 29 cl, 1 ex, 2 tbl, 3 dwg
