FIELD: radio electronic devices. SUBSTANCE: device has spring-loaded fixing unit, which has U-shaped fixing member with T- shaped flange and spring. In addition device has slide and screw, which is located in hole of panel of unit and runs through fixing unit slot to threaded hole of slide. Spring is located between slide and fixing unit. Fixing unit engages slide which is mounted for free rotation. T-shaped flange of fixing unit is inserted in slot of side wall of housing of unit for its movement towards wiring board.
