SUBSTANCE: die plate is of the resetting type and consists of support plate 16 with seals 22 and 23 on its outer and inner contours, and a set of movable bars 18 provided with horizontal slots on the ends, and bars 18 with retainers 21 and flexible pads 24,25. The die assembly comprises a removable spring-loaded hold-down of bars while retainers have the form of floating corner cover plates 19 with locking wedges 20, counter-releases 17, pressure and locking bolts 21.
