FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, tomato seedling planting equipment. SUBSTANCE: planting unit has rubberized driving disk 1 positioned at an acute angle with respect to driven flexible block 3 in contact with it. Disk 1 has equally spaced circumferential members 2 for transmitting rotation to disk 1. Block 3 has openings 4 for receiving members 2 and driving mechanism. Each member 2 is shaped as truncated pyramid whose base is formed as equilateral trapezium and fixed on disk working part. Trapezium sides of members 2 are radially directed. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 2 dwg
