SUBSTANCE: tree-planting machine has frame 1, share 9 with cheeks, planter, covering devices 6 and compaction devices 7. Auxiliary frame 8 is mounted on frame 1 by means of horizontal hinge. Double-armed lever 11 and share 9 are positioned on auxiliary frame 8. Share 9 has cylindrical front part and planar lower part. Share cheeks have different lengths. One arm of double-armed lever 11 is connected through adjustable tie-rod with frame 1. Planter has flexible disk 15 and rigid disk 14 and is mounted on other arm of double-armed lever 11. Each covering device 6 is made in the form of truncated cone with teeth. Covering and compaction devices are arranged in pairs at different distance from frame 1.
