FIELD: mining industry; separation of finely dispersed materials for further use in metallurgical, chemical and food industries. SUBSTANCE: concentrator has body containing working bowl rotatable around vertical axis and provided with corrugations and bottom discharge of heavy fractions. Also provided are bottom valve with stem, slurry feed unit with feed valve mounted in body cover and connected with bottom valve stem. Feed valve is seated inside the feed unit housing and is formed as flexible locking member which at upper position of stem contacts with slurry feed valve seat. Locking member is movable along longitudinal axis of stem which is provided with sleeve for tight shut-off of slurry flow into bowl and for closing of bottom valve at adjusting and operating this apparatus.
