FIELD: nonferrous metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of leaching ores containing gold, silver, and other precious metals performed in oxidative medium in autoclave with solution containing ammonia and ammonium sulfate at 130-160 C for 36 h, whereupon solution is separated from solid phase. According to invention, ore to be leached is used in the form of gravitation and floatation precious metal- containing concentrates obtained from rejects of concentration plants and leaching is conducted at liquid solution to solid phase ratio 5- 7, summary oxygen and ammonia pressure 3-9 gage atm, ammonia and ammonium sulfate concentrations in solution 100-200 and 60-120 g/l, respectively.
