FIELD: preservation of environment during working of mines. SUBSTANCE: slime is treated by nonpolar organic solvent. Then said solvent is separated and slime is consequently treated by 20 % aqueous solution of soda ash and by 10 % aqueous solution of ammonium chloride. Said processes are carried out in each of mentioned above solutions at boiling point within 2-4 h. EFFECT: improves efficiency of the method. 1 tbl
