SUBSTANCE: needle tip with a hollow tail-piece is sharpened and bent, a sutural thread is inserted in the tail-piece cavity and the tail-piece is squeezed over a length equal to that positioned in the tail-piece cavity impregnated with adhesive compound, aged up to the plastic state of adhesive and densified between the mixed surfaces heated to the temperature of thread material plastic state.
