FIELD: medicine, cardiosurgery. SUBSTANCE: method includes closing of heart defect by patch located on the side of larger pressure; formation of sutures by noninvasive needle with one pressed-in noninvasive thread. Sutures are located adjacent to one another over patch perimeter and parallel to patch edges. In myocardium, returning sutures are made radially to save supplying tissue spaces between walls and with consideration of topography of cardiac conduction system.
