SUBSTANCE: apparatus has float, that has base 1 with holes 2 and lids 3, that is linked to base by pins 4. Float is hung by adjusting staples 5 to crystallizer. Lid 3 has input window with capability of float free motion in discharge nozzle 8. Lids 3 form with base 1 side slots 10. Float has case form, it is hollow and has input window 9 on upper surface and holes 2 in bottom. EFFECT: improved process of flat ingots casting. 2 dwg
