FIELD: metallurgy; may be used in casting of aluminum and aluminum alloys castings. SUBSTANCE: method includes casting molding in mold with the help of mandrel accommodated in mold. In so doing, upper surface of mandrel is located in zone of liquid metal, and mandrel lower part equalling 30-60% of its height in zone of liquid-solid phases.
