FIELD: cutting. SUBSTANCE: plant for oxygen cutting has flux feeder, cyclone chamber, vibrator and cutting torch or lance holder, reciprocating motion mechanism, shutting element of valve installed in hole of hopper manufactured in the form of immobile bush in which groove flywheel is located joined with thread to shutting element which is spring-loaded with reference to immobile bush and has holes communicating cone chamber and pipe-line of feeding gas with vertical passage of cyclone chamber. Bodies of cyclone chamber and flux feeder are joined to vibrator. Pressure regulator is installed ahead of vibrator in pipe-line of flux-feeding gas. Mixer of cutting torch is mounted across inlet to torch tip, cone chamber is provided with restoring membrane. Parameters of cone part of shutting element make it possible to increase accuracy of feeding of powder and uniformity of feed. Ratios of parameters of spline passages of cutting torch makes it possible to increase safety of cutting under optimum condition of operation.
