FIELD: materials handling facilities; conveyors. SUBSTANCE: high-angle belt conveyor has endless belt passed over drive, return and tension drums, endless flexible traction member with fitted on partitions which is made in form of rubber-wire rope tapes installed for engagement with sections of drive and tension drums at both sides from endless belt fitted on drums. Each H-shaped partition is secured on rubber-wire rope tapes by means of brackets. Each longitudinal side of H-shaped partition has longer and shorter portions. Longer portions of longitudinal sides of following partition are located between shorter portions of longitudinal sides of preceding partition. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 5 dwg
