FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: conveyor comprises loading and discharge devices 1 and 2, and belt embracing driving and end drums 3 and 4, respectively. Belt contour top and bottom sections 5 and 6 with load carrying section 7 arranged there between and having tubular shape in crosswise section and oriented vertically by means of cylindrical guide 8. Branch pipe 9 bent at right angle adjoins the guide lower section. Guide flute 10 with curvature varying from round to flat cross section adjoins said branch pipe to interact with belt section 5. Loading device is made up of sides 12, 13 arranged inside belt section 5 between belt edges converting along conveying direction and provided with inclined wall 14 and vertical wall 15 located on opposite sides to adjoin cylindrical surface of guide flute. Loading funnel 16 is arranged above aforesaid sides. Belt top section 6 of transition from vertical to horizontal section in the zone of belt tracking on drive drum is formed by roller bearing 17. Flexible belt required tension in belt lapping point is ensured by tensioning deflecting drum 18 that features adjustable pressure to drive drum. Guide inner surfaces, those of branch pipe and flute are coated by antifriction material.
EFFECT: simplified design, higher reliability and longer life.
