SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of charging scrap material, pouring iron, blowing bath; realizing blowing by and neutral gas over three stages; sustaining constant flowrate of neutral gas over each stage of blowing; partially supplying through bottom neutral gas had been heated up to 450-500 C; over first stage quota of neutral gas had been heated consists 10-20% of its total consumption; over other stages - 80-90%. EFFECT: simplified technology of blowing process, increased efficiency of waste gas afterburning in cavity of converter and metal refining from harmful additives, enhanced strength of bottom lining. 1 cl, 1 tbl
