FIELD: methods for treatment of well perforated zone, applicable in oil and gas producing industry for intensification of recovery of useful product. SUBSTANCE: the course of well drilling, resistivity of clay rock coming in contact with oil reservoir in each well is determined, and average value of resistivity of clay rock of well is calculated. Group of wells are separated with low degree of formation unloading with respect to the average value of resistivity, with subsequent separation for initial treatment of well perforated zone from this group of the well subgroup with high value of relative amplitude of potentials of spontaneous polarization relative to the average value. EFFECT: higher efficiency of treatment of well perforated zone due to removal of mud grouting in course of drilling. 3 tbl
