FIELD: oil/gas production, devices for liquid sampling from a well. SUBSTANCE: device represents two-piece structure of two samplers installed on both sides of valve control mechanism 1. The latter is set up for a known pressure at preset well depth, where sampling is planned. Stratum liquid comes out along the well in the valve control mechanism through d- opening and starts to build up a pressure to plunder 12. The pressure increases as the devices comes down, and reaches critical value at the preset well depth when becomes equal to the pressure of cutting off pins 14. The pins are cut off. Plungers 14 leave the passage for the liquid being extracted towards valve unit 7. Ball 19 of return valve becomes detached, then the liquid enters under separating piston 6 in inlet chambers 3. Piston 6 displaces ballast liquid from inlet chamber 3 into ballast chamber 2 through flow limiter 5. When piston 6 achieves terminal position, return spring 20 closes return valve. As the device comes up outer pressure starts to decrease. Excessive pressure in inlet chamber 3 actuates piston 17 which first pulls up isolation valve 16 close to the port, and then with further travel of piston 17 spring 15 stretches resulting in drawing isolation valve 16 in the port with increasing force. Piston 17 comes forward towards space B resulting in drawing back plunger 12 into the standard places. Tension force of the isolation valve depends on stiffness of spring 18. Then as the devices comes up the isolation valve is under the pressure of the sample itself inside the inlet chamber 3. EFFECT: high efficiency. 2 dwg
