AERODYNAMIC SEPARATOR Russian patent published in 1996 - IPC

FIELD: mining, coal-mining, peat, chemical cement, glazing, wood-working, food-stuffing industries, metallurgy, civil engineering, power engineering and farming. SUBSTANCE: separator consists of box units where the following components are mounted:loading vibration bin 1 with feeder 2 assembled on aerodynamic tunnel 4 and valve grate 5 between which thermal chamber 6 is located; chamber 6 is immovably inserted into vertical separation columns 7 fitted with throttle valves 8 and actuating cylinders 9; at opposite side it is telescopically inserted in it in form of broken members 10 with baffle plates 11. Aerodynamic tunnel is provided with inclined baffle webs 12 and is inserted in dynamic biconical separation chambers 13 mounted in series. Last separation chamber is provided with baffle vibration board 14. Top of columns and chambers is connected with suction system and bottom is connected with conveyers 15. Control of separator is effected from control panel 16. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 1 dwg
