SUBSTANCE: spike for quick fastening of railroad to tie consists of rod having vertical straight part 1 ending in eccentric head 2 for interaction with tie and bent part forming spring and resting on upper surface of rail foot. Bent part is wavy in vertical plane and simultaneously twisted round part 1 to form by its wavy lower part intermediate point of support near the end of rod. The indicated supporting points are located on both sides of the straight part, and radius of turn of intermediate support point relative to axle 2 of the straight part of rod is smaller than the radius of turn of the main point of support relative to indicated axles.
