FIELD: railway transport; permanent way. SUBSTANCE: device has blocks with space for spikes 2 mounted in tie 1 with end part formed by two symmetrically spread sharp portion with cuts on outer surfaces arranged at sides of rod axis. Said cuts are in contact with cuts of stops found inside bar. Stop on block is made quickly releasable in form of wooden bar with shape of parallelepiped with flexible, for instance, rubber, linings 10, 11 from upper and lower sides of bar and said space for spike on bottom of which ring 12 is placed. Bar in box 8 of block is held through lining 11 by rectangular plate 13 of size equal to size of bar and fixed from displacement by washer 15 installed with its segments in mating diametrically opposite cylindrical slots 16 of lower parts of side walls of box 8. Plate 13 comes in contact with top and sides of washer by its lower and side parts, and bar is upset by bus in its end parts.
