FIELD: oil and gas producing industry. SUBSTANCE: device for shock-wave stimulation of hydrocarbon-containing formation has working member fixed in casing string, matching unit installed on the working member. Matching unit is furnished with centralizer, striker with drive located under matching unit. Striker is connected with drive by means of non-stretchable link. According to the first version of the invention, rigidly installed on matching unit is guide in form of hollow cylinder accommodating striker for longitudinal motion. Centralizers are installed between casing string and guide. Lower part of guide has through holes. According to the second version, guide rod is rigidly installed on matching unit. Striker is hollow and provided with centralizer and installed on guide rod for longitudinal motion. According to the third version, the striker is made in form of cylinder with flat lower end provided with centralizers. Striker may be made in form of cylindrical rods rigidly tied to one another, and cross-sectional area of striker lower end is larger than cross-sectional area of the upper part of matching unit on which flexible member may be located. Striker members have different cross-sectional area and lengths and made of materials of different densities. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 8 cl, 3 dwg
