FIELD: oil and gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: this is intended for use in recovery of well head and branching section of producing pipeline after breakdowns caused by various emergencies. Method implies laying of producing pipeline to damaged section of well. Well cross-section is shut-off down to damaged section. Surface casing with working member is fixed on shut-off section of well. Intermediate vessel for receiving fluid is arranged. By means of working member, producing well is opened and fluid is delivered through producing pipeline. Flexible pipeline is used in function of aforesaid pipeline. It is arranged by initial driving of underground working. Than installed in working is lengthened flexible cylinder. Placed in cylinder is lengthened charge of explosive material embraced by uniform layer of polymeric material. Then charge is fired. Producing pipeline is created due to impulse gas action upon polymeric material. EFFECT: high efficiency. 1 cl, 4 dwg
