FIELD: mining industry; applicable in hydraulic treatment of rock mass, mainly, outburst-prone coal seams to control gas emission, sudden out-bursts, rock bursts and outbursts and control of dust. SUBSTANCE: method for decrease of gas dynamic activity of outburst- prone seams includes hole drilling, their tightening and injection of fluid into seams under regulated conditions. Prior to injection of fluid into seam to cope with outbursts, hydraulic system is checked. Fluid is injected under conditions of hydraulic loosening, hydraulic pressing-out or low-pressure moistening. Preliminarily coal seam is tested for strength, and the strongest and softest coal bands are detected. Distance between holes is established within two radii of effective impregnation with fluid. Sealing part of holes is made in the strongest coal bands, and filtering part, in the softest coal bands. Injection is effected under the mode of hydraulic loosening, or hydraulic pressing-out or low-pressure moistening. In so doing, transmissive capacity of formed hole of the hydraulic system is checked with pressure higher than the maximum rated one by 1.2-1.5 times. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 5 cl, 8 dwg
