FIELD: valving. SUBSTANCE: valve has housing provided with base and flange. The flange is provided with hollow and stops-locators that are in contact with the rod pin. The valving member is mounted in the housing space connected with the inlet, outlet, and control passageways. The valving member has profiled part and groove. The inlet passageway is made in the sealed connecting pipe with the seat. The seat is in contact with the additional valving member and distance bushing with grooves and ball that interact with the valving members. There is a seal between the rotatable rod and valving member. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 16 dwg
