FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: may be used to control inverters intended for supply of synchronous hysteresis and asynchronous motors. Device includes master generator 1, pulse former 2, three-phase splitter 3, JKS flip-flops 4-6, D flip-flop 7, majority-multiplex elements 8-10. Flip-flops 4-6 work under mode of register of shift relative to phase splitter. Shift angle is determined by pulse former. Signals from phase splitter and flip-flops 4-6 are sent to information inputs of elements 8-10 which outputs are outputs of device. By signals coming to controlling inputs of elements 8-10 there takes place switching over of output signals from outputs of phase splitter to outputs of flip-flops 4-6 and back. D flip-flop accomplishes referencing of moment of switching over to synchronization pulses of generator 1. With supply of Log. 0 or Log. 1 to information input elements 8-10 transform into circuits 20R or 2AND. EFFECT: encreased efficiency and stability of inverter. 2 cl, 3 dwg
