FIELD: conversion technology.
SUBSTANCE: method can be used for conversion of dc voltage to ac voltage to feed synchronous hysteresis motors, in particular, of gyro devices. Multiple-phase ac voltage is applied motor. To increase magnetization of rotor, duration of one of half-periods of feeding voltage is increased alternatively in each phase. Device has inverter connected in series between terminals for connecting supply and terminals for connecting motor, master oscillator which has output connected with control inputs of inverter through phase splitter. Device additionally has overexcitation pulse former. Control inputs of former are connected with outputs of phase splitter. Counting input of phase splitter is connected with master oscillator. Outputs of phase splitter are connected with control inputs of inverter.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of overexcitation.
