FIELD: sport and amateur fishing. SUBSTANCE: fishing reel has body, spool coupled with body and device for cross winding of fishing reel on spool with drive and rotating mechanism with gears, safety clutch and two shafts coaxial with spool. Rotary mechanism is coupled with drive. Shafts are installed for a synchronous rotation. One of shafts is hollow, and the other is placed inside first one. Reel has also member connected with second shaft and intended to fit fishing line over spool. Rotating mechanism is formed by epicyclic planetary gear train coaxial with spool. Outer central gear of train is secured in body, carrier is connected with hollow shaft, and inner central gear is secured on second shaft. Drive has shaft coaxial with spool and connected with hollow shaft by safety clutch and coupled with second shaft through overrunning clutch for free rotation of second shaft in direction of line winding. Reel provides automatic change of speed of winding at change of load cause by resistance of fish. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of reel and convenience of use. 13 cl, 23 dwg
