FIELD: amateur and sports fishing. SUBSTANCE: safety friction clutch has outer and inner holders with friction disk alternately coupled with holders, resilient braking member, resilient member operating force regulator furnished with bushing with external thread coaxial with clutch and arranged in threaded hole of outer holder and mated with resilient braking member, handle connected with outer holder through longitudinal displacement limiter and turning angle lock with spring secured on one connected part and formed to engage with cavity on the other. Outer holder is made in form of cut whose bottom has outer cylindrical projection with central threaded hole and outer circular groove on neck. projection is coaxial with inner surface of cup. handle is made in form of stepped bushing whose larger inner diameter encloses outer holder, medium inner diameter encloses cylindrical projection of holder and smaller diameter is formed by rim of profile connection. Portion of handle enclosing the projection has outer circular groove with through port and two slots arranged symmetrically relative to angle and aligned with circular groove of outer holder projection. Spring of lock is made in form of bow straddling the neck of handle circular groove, with ends bent inwards and clipped in slots, and middle portion bent into port for engagement with cavities of neck of circular groove of outer holder projection.
