FIELD: cosmetics. SUBSTANCE: new cosmetic balsam contains acidic basis, ethanol, glycerol, essential oils and water and bioactive addition - aqueous-spirituous-glycerol extracts of horse chestnut fruits, hop mash, nettle and castor oil. Acidic bases - salicylic and boric and/or hydrochloric and/or succinic, and/or citric acid, carbamide, and/or solubilizing agent; bioactive addition - aqueous-spirituous-glycerol and/or aqueous-spirituous extracts of medicinal plants, and/or castor oil and/or agrimony oil and/or keropeptide and/or amino acid hydrolyzate mixture and/or vitamin preparations and also and/or perfume and/or dye. Color of ready product can be changed by dye addition. Proposed balsam has the decreased microorganism content. Balsam shows tonic, healing, regenerative, softening effects.
