Cosmetic balsam contains the following ingredients, mas. %: mixture of aqueous-alcoholic extracts of medicinal herbs as a biologically active additive, 5.0-15.0; ethyl alcohol, 5.0-7.0; additional formula components, 0.1-8.0; water, the balance. Biologically active additive comprises mixture of aqueous-alcoholic extracts of 33 species of medicinal plants in amount from 1.0 to 50.0 mas%.
